These Terms govern shopping at stjameswatchco.com and using the St. James Watch Co. website. Our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy provide additional information. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Using the store

You must be legally able to make the purchase or have the authorization required by the law where you live. Provide accurate order and contact information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Keep account access secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized activity.

You must not use this website to commit fraud, infringe another person's rights, distribute malicious software, harass others or gain unauthorized access to systems or personal information. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address these activities, without affecting obligations owed for existing orders.

Product information

Read each product's description, measurements, materials and care information before ordering. We aim to display products accurately; screen settings may affect how colors appear. This does not excuse supplying an item that differs materially from its description.

Reproduction timepieces are not original products made by the referenced brand. No manufacturer affiliation, authorization, authenticity certification or manufacturer warranty is implied. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. This disclosure does not grant permission to infringe intellectual property rights.

Prices and payment

Our store's base currency is United States dollars (USD). The currency and total payable are confirmed at checkout. Where a supported market displays another currency, review the checkout currency before paying. Your bank may apply conversion or foreign transaction fees.

Shipping and taxes collected by us are disclosed before payment. Any applicable import charges are addressed in our Shipping Policy. We accept only the payment methods actually offered at checkout. Payment-provider availability does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or a guarantee by that provider.

Future price changes do not change the price of an accepted order. If a material pricing or description error affects your order, we will explain it and request your agreement to any proposed correction or provide any cancellation and refund required by law; we will not charge an unapproved higher price.

Orders and availability

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We confirm acceptance when we send the dispatch confirmation, unless acceptance occurs earlier under applicable law. We may decline an order for a lawful reason, such as unavailability, an unsupported destination or a reasonable concern about unauthorized payment. We will notify you and promptly refund amounts collected for an order we cancel.

Contact support@stjameswatchco.com immediately if an order or address needs changing. Dispatch may prevent us from physically stopping a parcel; it does not remove statutory cancellation rights.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Our normal processing period is 1–3 business days. For our principal markets, estimated transit is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Destination availability, delays, tracking and delivery remedies are explained in the Shipping Policy.

You may request a qualifying change-of-mind return within 45 days after delivery. Return conditions, costs, statutory cancellation rights and refund deadlines are explained in the Return and Refund Policy. Claims for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods are not limited to 45 days. Contacting us does not require you to give up rights against a payment provider or under consumer law.

Two-year limited warranty

St. James Watch Co. provides a two-year limited commercial warranty against manufacturing defects in watches purchased directly from this store, starting on delivery. To make a claim, email support@stjameswatchco.com with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. Photographs may help; an inspection may be necessary.

For a covered manufacturing defect, we will arrange repair or replacement without charge, or a refund if an appropriate repair or replacement cannot be provided within a reasonable time. We will provide a suitable return method or reimburse reasonable necessary shipping expenses for a valid claim. Any stronger remedy available by law takes priority.

This commercial warranty does not cover normal wear, purely cosmetic deterioration from ordinary use, loss, theft, accidental damage, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper care, exposure beyond the stated water-resistance rating, or an unauthorized alteration or repair. An alteration or repair does not invalidate a claim for an unrelated defect. These exclusions do not restrict mandatory consumer guarantees.

The warranty is provided by the seller and is not a warranty from any third-party brand referenced in a listing. Statutory rights may last longer than two years and apply independently of this warranty.

Australian customers

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Consumer protections

Mandatory consumer laws in the country or region applicable to your purchase continue to apply. This includes the Australian Consumer Law, New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, applicable UK and European consumer protections, and relevant US and Canadian protections. No term makes an unavailable legal remedy your only remedy or requires you to waive a statutory right.

Privacy and Shopify

The store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify and other service providers process information to operate the store, process payments, fulfill orders, provide support and protect against fraud. Information may be processed outside your country. Where Shopify's enhanced services apply, they may use information from interactions with this store, other merchants and Shopify, subject to applicable privacy choices. Website content and customer submissions

Use website content only as permitted by the relevant rights holder and applicable law. If you voluntarily submit a public product review, you allow us to display it in connection with that product, with reasonable formatting edits that do not change its meaning. You retain ownership of your content. Private support correspondence is not automatically licensed for advertising. Reviews must reflect actual experiences and respect others' rights.

Service interruptions and responsibility

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate, secure and available. Maintenance or circumstances outside our control may interrupt access. No provision excludes liability for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability that the law does not permit us to limit. Our delivery and consumer obligations continue to apply.

Changes and disputes

We may update these Terms for future use of the store. Changes will not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law. No provision prevents you from using an available court, regulator or statutory complaint process.
